HTSYS-5型全自動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室軟膠囊機(jī)是我公司2012年研制的新型產(chǎn)品，該機(jī)是目前國內(nèi)*既能用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室研發(fā)同時(shí)又能中試用的軟膠囊機(jī)型，該機(jī)也是目前國內(nèi)*一款大、小丸（100mg-2000mg）都能生產(chǎn)的機(jī)型，*按照GMP要求精心設(shè)計(jì)而成。采用單相220V電源，目前該機(jī)型被廣泛應(yīng)用于全國100多所藥研機(jī)構(gòu)和重點(diǎn)院校。

HTSYS-5型全自動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室軟膠囊機(jī)運(yùn)用多種自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)，操作簡單，性能穩(wěn)定，工作可靠。整機(jī)采用優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，功能齊全，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。整套設(shè)備包括一臺(tái)主機(jī)及控制系統(tǒng)、一臺(tái)干燥機(jī)、一只化膠罐、一個(gè)配料罐、一個(gè)膠體磨、一套模具、整套設(shè)備用材考究，*符合GMP要求，整套設(shè)備占地面積小（2個(gè)平方），適用于醫(yī)藥、食品、化妝品、保健品等多種行業(yè)。

HTSYS-5-type soft capsule machine rolling mode is to absorb advanced technology, based on a combination of the production process and characteristics of soft capsules, the use of advanced technology and high quality materials, carefully designed according to GMP requirements made. This machine uses single-phase 220V power supply, mainly for laboratory and research institutions capsule drug product development or small-volume production test.
